Pet Portrait Commission Form

This form is designed to gather all the important details I need to create a truly personalized and meaningful portrait of your pet or pets. From sizing and style preferences to special markings and background choices, every section helps me capture the unique spirit of your companion. The more information you provide, the more accurately I can reflect your pet’s personality.

Pet portraits will typically take 2 to 4 weeks depending on sizing and complexity. If there is a deadline for a date for a gift please communicate this before ordering so I can make sure your portrait is added to my calendar.

Once your order is placed your portrait will be scheduled on my calendar based on availability. Booking early helps ensure your preferred timeframe especially during busy seasons.

Please upload all your high quality photos of your pet/s for your pet portrait. This step is very important for your painting. The higher the quality photos you provide the better I can see the details of your beloved pet and the better the painting will come out.

Please make sure the picture is not blurry and is in natural lighting. Photos at eye level are the best. If selecting the full body option please submit picture of your pet that has their whole body and is not cropped.
